of a New Home, A tubing system
is added to the exterior walls.
These tubes provide the means
of injecting pest control chemicals
to protect the home from everyday
pests. Since these tubes are
hidden within the walls, it is
a safe application for People

for the year following your closing
date. You will be contacted 30
days after closing to arrange
your 45-day Post Close Inspection.
You will also be contacted at
11 months to schedule your One
Year Warrantee Review. All
Builder Services are explained
in detail when you receive your New
Home Buyer’s
Warrantee and Maintenance Booklet. Inspection
forms are formatted for easy
use and cover all areas of the
home. Simply fill it out and
fax it to us prior to the inspection
or use the on line template.
