Realtors
We value relationships with realtors and view their service as and integral part of New Millennium Enterprises Inc. When a client is referred to us for the construction of a new home, and that referral leads to a contract, we pay:
- 3%
at the close on the construction
perm loan. You receive your
commission before construction
begins!
- If
a client is not using financing,
we pay 3% at the signing of
the construction contract
- E-Mail
us the Name and contact information
of your referral and we will
follow up with you when they
call, when the contract is
signed and once a projected
close date is determined on
the construction loan. We also
encourage you to contact us
at anytime with any questions.
We
