At New Millennium Enterprises, we have implemented the latest innovation in house plan design software. Our primary design program was developed by Soft Plan. The common 2 dimensional plan can now be viewed in 3D. In some instances you can see your appliances, light fixtures, cabinetry, trim and moldings in a color format which closely resembles the real item. You can ‘virtually walk’ through your new home and see furniture placements, wall textures and colors. You can view a copy of your plan and highlight changes from your own PC. We have many construction ready plans to choose from. Our Signature Series and Designer Series plans may be modified and many options are available. If you have your own design in mind we will work with you to produce Construction Ready plans. Generally considered a Custom Designed plan, we meet with you to design your new home tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. This is a “Start from Scratch” process so even if you are not sure where to begin, we have the experience to help you create what you want. These plans will conform to all applicable building requirements and codes. Please be aware that the Custom Design process takes more time than choosing a Construction Ready plan. Our Construction Ready plans for the Traditional Series are outsourced and available in 2D review only. With these plans, design changes are limited and structural changes unavailable.
